Applications are now open for Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter’s home ownership program for 10 new homes.
Homes being built that are available for purchase are located across Lake and Sumter counties, including in Tavares, Leesburg, Bushnell, Wildwood and Oxford.
Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter builds and sells affordable homes to individuals and families who demonstrate need, meet program guidelines and can sustain a monthly mortgage. In partnership with donors and volunteers, Habitat Lake-Sumter’s program provides families access, opportunity and guidance on attaining an affordable home.
