Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter will erect a memorial framed wall to pay tribute to the late President Jimmy Carter and welcomes the public to sign the wall and leave personal messages. The event begins at 10 am. Jan. 30 at its Eustis Restore, 710 S. Bay St.
