Preservation & Repair

The Preservation & Repair program works to preserve the existing affordable housing inventory, improve accessibility and safety of the homes through critical home repairs, and revitalize low-income neighborhoods and community spaces.

Through this program, homeowners are able to stay in the homes in which they already live, while increasing the safety, accessibility, and beauty of the home.

Examples of the kind of work that is completed include: repair or replacement of roofs, windows, or doors, and weatherization of the home, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and addition of accessibility features, wheelchair ramps and hand railings.
